Do Not Call Policy

Our company is committed to respecting the rights of consumers with regard to telemarketing calls. In compliance with the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), we have implemented the following "Do Not Call" policy.

  1. Our company is committed to respecting the rights of consumers with regard to telemarketing calls. In compliance with the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), we have implemented the following "Do Not Call" policy.
  2. We maintain a "Do Not Call" list of consumers who have requested that we not call them. If a consumer requests to be placed on our "Do Not Call" list, we will honor that request within 31 days of the request.
  3. We will not call consumers who are listed on the National Do Not Call Registry. We will periodically check the National Do Not Call Registry to ensure that our call list is current and complies with the TSR.
  4. We will not call consumers before 8 am or after 9 pm (local time of the consumer).
  5. We will not engage in any deceptive or misleading practices in connection with telemarketing calls.
  6. We will provide our phone number and the name of the company on whose behalf the call is being made at the beginning of the call.
  7. We will provide an opt-out mechanism during the call, such as a toll-free number or an automated opt-out system, so that the consumer can easily request that we not call them in the future.
  8. We will maintain records of all "Do Not Call" requests for a period of five years.
  9. We will train all employees who engage in telemarketing on the requirements of the TSR and our "Do Not Call" policy.
  10. We will periodically review our "Do Not Call" policy to ensure that it is current and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

If a consumer receives a telemarketing call from our company or any company that we represent in violation of this "Do Not Call" policy or the TSR, please contact us immediately so that we can take appropriate action.

Consumers can also file a complaint with the FTC by visiting the FTC's website at www.ftc.gov or by calling the FTC's Consumer Response Center at 1-877-FTC-HELP (1-877-382-4357)."
